Payment Plans

I’m pleased to offer interest-free payment plans on selected original artworks, allowing you to reserve a piece and spread the cost over several monthly payments.

How it works

Payment plans are available on selected original artworks and can be arranged over 2–4 monthly instalments.

Your first instalment reserves the artwork exclusively for you. The piece will be marked as reserved and safely stored in my studio for the duration of your payment plan.

There is no interest or additional charge for using a payment plan, and you are welcome to pay the remaining balance early at any time.

The artwork will remain in my possession until the balance has been paid in full. By choosing a payment plan, you agree that delivery will take place following receipt of your final payment.

Once the final payment has been received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and dispatched in accordance with my usual delivery terms.

If you need to cancel

I understand that circumstances can change. If you are no longer able to continue with your payment plan, please contact me as soon as possible.

Your payment plan will be cancelled, the artwork will be released from reservation and made available for sale again, and any instalments you have already paid will be refunded to you.

Missed payments

If an instalment is missed, I will contact you before cancelling your reservation. You will have 7 days from the missed payment date to make the payment or contact me to discuss cancelling the plan.

If I do not hear from you within this period, I reserve the right to cancel the payment plan and make the artwork available for sale again. Any instalments already paid will be refunded.

Returns and your rights

Purchasing an artwork through a payment plan does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable, you will also have the statutory right to cancel your online purchase for 14 days after the artwork has been delivered. This is in addition to the cancellation arrangements offered during your payment plan.

Payment plans for commissioned or personalised artwork are subject to separate terms due to the bespoke nature of those works.
